Ve Tic.Ltd.\u015eti. taraf\u0131ndan, 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanununun (\u201cKVKK\u201d) 10. maddesi ile Ayd\u0131nlatma Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakk\u0131nda Tebli\u011f \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenme ama\u00e7lar\u0131, hukuki nedenleri, toplanma y\u00f6ntemi, kimlere aktar\u0131labilece\u011fi ve KVKK kapsam\u0131ndaki haklar\u0131n\u0131z konular\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak sizleri bilgilendirmek amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hizmet saham\u0131z\u0131n d\u0131\u015f cephesinde, deposunda, idari bina koridorlar\u0131nda, ofislerde, server odas\u0131nda ve yemekhanede olmak \u00fczere toplam 32 adet g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla ve hizmet saham\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kayd\u0131 yap\u0131lmakta ve kay\u0131t i\u015flemi finans birimi taraf\u0131ndan denetlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu ki\u015fisel verileriniz, Kanunun 5. maddesinde yer alan \u201cilgili ki\u015finin temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine zarar vermemek kayd\u0131yla, veri sorumlusunun me\u015fru menfaatleri i\u00e7in veri i\u015flenmesinin zorunlu olmas\u0131\u201d hukuki sebebine dayanarak otomatik yollarla i\u015flenmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca ilgili ki\u015fisel verileriniz hukuki uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n giderilmesi veya ilgili mevzuat\u0131 gere\u011fi talep halinde adli makamlar veya ilgili kolluk kuvvetlerine aktar\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 20. maddesinde herkesin, kendisiyle ilgili ki\u015fisel veriler hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirilme hakk\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. KVKK\u2019n\u0131n 11. maddesinde ki\u015fisel veri sahibinin kanun kapsam\u0131ndaki haklar\u0131 say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanunun ilgili ki\u015finin haklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen 11.
